Return & exchange policy

At Mani Riar, each piece—whether artwork or wearable—is made and curated with deep intention, care, and meaning. We appreciate your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Art Prints & Originals

All art sales (including prints, originals, and custom pieces) are final sale. Due to the nature of handmade and limited run artwork, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Ready-to-Wear Collection (Apparel) – Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only on unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please email maniriar.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
At Mani Riar, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges for apparel will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your exchange to be completed and shipped.
