Thank you for supporting Mani Riar. Every order is packed with care and intention, and we’re excited to deliver meaningful pieces to your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Custom artwork may take longer depending on the complexity and size of the piece. You will be notified if additional time is needed.

Backordered Items
If a size or item is marked as backordered, it means it has currently sold out and is in the process of being restocked. These items may take up to 2–3 weeks to ship. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:

• Canada: 2 to 7 business days
   
• United States: 5 to 10 business days
   
• International: 7 to 21 business days
   

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping may be available on select items or during promotions.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. Mani Riar is not liable for delays due to customs processes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at maniriar.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
