Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our online checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please email info@maniriar.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Do you offer gift receipts or gift messages?
Yes. You may add a note in the order comments at checkout, and we will include a handwritten or printed message with your package.
Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Custom artwork and backordered items may take longer. If so, details will be communicated by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. No duties apply to orders shipped within Canada or the United States.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. No duties apply to orders shipped within Canada or the United States.
Art Prints, Originals & Limited Editions
Are your prints limited edition or open edition?
Some pieces are limited edition, meaning they are printed in a set quantity and may be numbered, while others are open edition. Each product page will specify which type it is.
What is the difference between an original and a print?
An original is the one-of-one, hand-drawn or painted artwork created by Mani. A print is a high-quality reproduction of the original, professionally scanned and printed on 100% cotton canvas or 320 gsm heavyweight paper, making the artwork more accessible.
Do prints come framed?
Unless stated otherwise, prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. Occasionally, framed options may be offered, and this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Apparel
How do your hoodies and tees fit?
Most of our apparel has a unisex fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes and prefer an oversized look, we suggest sizing up.
How should I care for my clothing?
To help preserve the artwork and garment quality, we recommend:
- wash inside out
- use cold water
- use a gentle cycle
- hang to dry or tumble dry low
- do not iron directly on printed areas
Will a design ever be restocked?
Some drops are limited and may not be restocked once sold out. If a product is marked backordered, it means it is currently being restocked and may take an additional 7–14 business days to ship.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Original artwork and custom artwork are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For prints and apparel, refunds are not offered. Exchanges or store credit may be issued within 14 days of delivery for eligible items only. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition.

How do I start an exchange?
Please email info@maniriar.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If applicable, include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Custom Artwork & Commissions
Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes, a limited number of custom commissions are accepted throughout the year. Availability depends on Mani’s schedule. You can submit a commission inquiry through the website or email info@maniriar.com with details about the piece you have in mind.
How long does a custom piece take?
Timelines vary depending on the size, complexity, and current waitlist. An estimated timeline will be provided once your commission is approved.
Are custom pieces refundable?
Custom artwork is final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.
Website, Accounts & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders and view past purchases.
How is my personal information used?
Your information is used to process orders, ship your items, and communicate with you about your purchase. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
How do I join your email list?
You can sign up through the pop-up or newsletter section on the website to receive early access to new releases, limited drops, and special announcements.

Who creates the artwork?
All artwork and designs are created by Mani Riar, the artist behind the brand, based in Toronto, Canada.
