1. Orders & Payments
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our online checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make a change, email maniriar.art@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re not able to modify or cancel it.
Q: Do you offer gift receipts or gift messages?
A: Yes! You can add a note in the order comments at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten or printed message with your package.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

Custom artwork and backordered items may take longer details will be communicated by email.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Q: Will I receive tracking for my order?
A: If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Q: Will I be charged customs or import fees?
A: International orders may be subject to customs, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Art Prints, Originals & Limited Editions
Q: Are your prints limited edition or open edition?
A: Some pieces are limited edition (printed in a set quantity and may be numbered), while others are open edition. Each product page will specify whether the piece is limited edition or open.
Q: What’s the difference between an original and a print?
A: An original is the one-of-one, hand-drawn or painted artwork created by Mani. A print is a high-quality reproduction of the original, professionally scanned and printed on 100% cotton canvas so you can enjoy the artwork at a more accessible price.
Q: Do the prints come framed?
A: Unless stated otherwise, prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. Occasionally, we may offer framed options, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
5. Apparel
Q: How do your hoodies and tees fit?
A: Most of our apparel has a unisex fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes and prefer an oversized look, we suggest sizing up.
Q: How should I care for my clothing?
A: To help preserve the artwork and garment quality, we recommend:

Do not iron directly on printed areas
Q: Will a design ever be restocked?
A: Some drops are limited and may not be restocked once they sell out. If a product is marked “backordered,” it is in the process of being restocked and may take an extra 7–14 business days to ship.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?

Original art + custom artwork: Final sale (no returns or exchanges).

Prints and apparel: Eligible for return/refund under certain conditions if you’re unsatisfied, or if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email maniriar.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If applicable, include photos of the item and packaging.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll review and work with you to make it right.
7. Custom Artwork & Commissions
Q: Do you accept custom commissions?
A: Yes, a limited number of custom commissions are accepted throughout the year. Availability depends on Mani’s schedule. You can submit a commission inquiry through the site or email maniriar.art@gmail.com with details about the piece you have in mind.
Q: How long does a custom piece take?
A: Timelines vary based on size, complexity, and current waitlist. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when your commission is approved.
Q: Are custom pieces refundable?
A: Custom artwork is final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.
8. Website, Accounts & Privacy
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders and view past purchases.
Q: How is my personal information used?
A: Your information is used to process orders, ship your items, and communicate with you about your purchase. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Q: How do I join your email list?
A: You can sign up through the pop-up or newsletter section on the site to receive early access to new releases, limited drops, and special announcements.

All artwork and designs are created by Mani Riar in Toronto, Canada.
