Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At Mani Riar, every piece, whether artwork or wearable, is created with intention, meaning, and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Original Art & Custom Artwork
All original artwork and custom commissions are final sale.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and value of these pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on original artworks or custom orders.
Prints & Apparel
We offer exchange or store credit only for prints and apparel under the following circumstances:
- you are unsatisfied with your item
- you received the wrong item
- your item arrived damaged
To request an exchange or store credit, please email info@maniriar.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in resellable condition
- with all original tags still attached
Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on any items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@maniriar.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- your order number
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Discount Codes
Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for exchange, but the discount value:
- is non-refundable
- cannot be transferred
