Thank you for supporting Mani Riar. Every order is packed with intention, care, and respect for the artwork and culture behind each piece. We’re honoured to create meaningful pieces that arrive safely to your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days once your purchase is confirmed.

Commission artwork and specialty pieces may require additional time depending on size and complexity. processing time for any commissions is provided individual to each piece.

Backordered Items

If a size or item is marked backordered, it simply means it has recently sold out and is being restocked.
Backordered items ship within 7–14 business days.

Thank you for your patience while we prepare everything with care.

Limited Edition Items

items marked as Limited Edition are items that will not be restocked once sold out, making each limited edition item a true collectors item.

Shipping Origin

Original artworks are carefully created, packaged, and shipped directly from the art studio in Toronto, Canada.

Canvases and apparel are produced through my professional fulfillment partners located in Canada and USA depending on the destination of the item.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once the order has been shipped:

Canada: 2–5 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 7–14 business days

GTA Local Delivery: 1–3 business days

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import charges once your package enters your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Mani Riar Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please check with your local customs office directly for more information.

Lost, Missing, or Delivered (but not received) Orders

If your tracking states “Delivered” but the package isn’t there, please first:

• Confirm the delivery address on your order

• Check with neighbours or building concierge

• Contact your local post office/courier service

Package theft is unfortunately becoming more common consider using a secure delivery address where someone can accept your package.

If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at maniriar.art@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at maniriar.art@gmail.com

Include:

• order number

• photos of the item

• photos of the packaging

We’ll review the situation and make it right.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
