Thank you for supporting Mani Riar. Every order is packed with intention, care, and respect for the artwork and culture behind each piece. We’re honoured to create meaningful pieces that arrive safely to your doorstep.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days once your purchase is confirmed.
Commissioned artwork and specialty pieces may require additional time depending on the size and complexity of the work. Processing timelines for commissions are provided individually for each piece.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
The total time it takes for your order to arrive depends on both processing time and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package size.
Orders over $200 CAD may qualify for free shipping, where applicable at checkout.
All shipping charges are collected at the time of purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
Shipping Origin
Original artworks are carefully created, packaged, and shipped directly from the art studio in Toronto, Canada.
Canvases and apparel are fulfilled through our professional production partners located in Canada and the USA, depending on the destination of the order.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.
Limited Edition Items
Items marked Limited Edition will not be restocked once sold out, making each one a true collector’s piece.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.
Mani Riar Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

No duties apply to orders shipped within Canada or the USA.
If duties or taxes are refused by the customer and the package is returned, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.
Lost, Missing, or Marked as Delivered Orders
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please first:
- confirm the delivery address on your order
- check with neighbours or your building concierge
- contact your local post office or courier service
Package theft can unfortunately happen, so we recommend using a secure delivery address whenever possible.
If you still cannot locate your package, please email info@maniriar.com with your order number and tracking details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@maniriar.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
If the parcel appears visibly damaged upon arrival, please reject the package with the courier where possible.
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value covered by the shipping carrier.
In the event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, any refund or replacement will be processed once the shipping carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed the claim.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maniriar.com.
Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please note that original artwork, custom commissions, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
